Organising Meetings and Schedules
As a film crew, we decided upon having weekly meetings to ensure productivity, improve communication and collaboration and bring up any issues that were easier to discuss in person than through Messenger.
Hannah had begun to create a timescale of events for the project:
October 29th – rough start date to begin shooting
November 3-17th – Total filming schedule
November 18th – Edit for the film begins
December 2nd – Sound Team receive final picture lock and start work
December 16th – Hand in @ 4pm
This was a rough draft, not set-in-stone, and we all agreed upon these dates. This allowed us approximately two weeks to complete the soundtrack for the film and preparation to book time working in the Sound Theatre.
We also arranged the time and place of meetings with Mikey Murray, the tutor who is overseeing our project. On top of this, we additionally organized a time for a professional photo shoot in order to create a ‘Meet the Team’-type post for Facebook. Unfortunately, the studio was double booked and we had to rearrange.
The objectives for the upcoming week were to continue researching and rearrange the photo shoot.
