Allocating Roles
It was soon becoming clear for this project that as a Sound Team, we must delegate roles to each person in order to add more organization, preparation and efficiency to the project. Therefore, in this meeting we came up with a solution to our roles dilemma – originally we had planned to be as flexible as possible, allowing each member of the team experience within each role as we are still learning our trade.
